Accuracy. All information is true and complete. Misrepresentation will result in immediate removal and may be reported to DOPL.

Verification Consent. You authorize verification of your license through DOPL, contact of your references, and confirmation of insurance at any time.

Continued Compliance. You will maintain active licensure and insurance and notify the site owner immediately of any changes, complaints, or license actions.

No Guarantee of Listing. All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of the site owner. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Removal Policy. The site owner reserves the right to remove any contractor at any time for verified complaints, lapsed credentials, or conduct unbecoming of the registry's standards.

No Liability to Registrant. Listing does not constitute a contractual relationship or guarantee of referrals.
